Occupant une fabrique de chocolat de 1850 restaurée, l'établissement The Ivy at Verity est un hôtel de luxe possédant un restaurant primé. Les chambres sont spacieuses, toutes décorées différemment et dotées d'un balcon privé. Le marché de Saint-Laurent se trouve à 8 minutes de marche.

Toutes les chambres de l'établissement The Ivy at Verity comprennent des lits artisanaux avec du linge de lit italien.
